The learning environment fostered at Berlin International is student-centered and hands-on. Our teaching concept focuses on project-based learning; students work individually and in groups in order to promote professional and personal growth and the development of team skills. All Bachelor and Master programs at Berlin International are taught in English. In combination with our diverse student and teaching body and our global network this enables us to offer a truly international academic experience.

The ultimate goal of the program is to prepare global professionals of diverse backgrounds with solid managerial knowledge, tools, and skills, strengthened by an alluring network, in order to create value in changing business environments. The MBA operates under the global iAccelerate network, which strengthens innovative entrepreneurial projects.

Students profit from the program’s flexible and project-based orientation towards entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, albeit amid a conscious and practical understanding of emerging economies and their interaction with other markets.

We view every class as a unique experience, including valuable interactions with external organizations (e.g., corporations, startups) through company visits, simulations, and city discoveries within the dynamic flair of Berlin. The MBA is built around a balanced mix of course formats, including projects, classical lectures, seminars, workshops, computer lab sessions, and colloquia, albeit through innovative teaching techniques that foster the development of core competencies.

At Berlin International, all lectures are fully taught in English. Teaching the MBA courses in English helps prepare our students for the global market and supports their role in an international business setting.
