Svetlana Shcherbinina is a university lecturer specializing in Business, Organization, and Leadership topics, an intercultural executive & team coach (ICF PCC), mediator, and strategic advisor for C-level executives and entrepreneurs. With her professional focus on Strategy, Resilience, (Self-) Leadership, Transformation, and Culture, she empowers individuals and organizations to navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable change.
Svetlana holds a degree in Business Administration from Humboldt University in Berlin and has completed executive programs at MIT Sloan and London Business School. With over 1,000 hours of specialized coaching education and more than 20 years of professional experience, she combines academic knowledge with real-world insights. Before turning her passion for coaching and teaching into a profession, Svetlana worked as a senior manager and consultant at leading international companies and public institutions. Her roles included developing brand strategies at Scholz & Friends (WPP), business strategies at Roland Berger, and L&D strategies at XU Group (edu tech). As a Member of the Board at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Germany, Svetlana is dedicated to promote professional and ethical coaching standards in Germany, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the coaching profession.
In her teaching, Svetlana leverages her academic and business experience, integrating multicultural insights and knowledge in leadership and personal development with an interest in technology, psychology, neuroscience, and the arts. Her thought leadership focuses on the future of leadership and how to cultivate the next generation of transformative leaders.
