We observe in this project a reverse job platform for companies that have a lack of skilled professionals. The platform uses a hybrid recruitment approach combining AI and the expertise of cross-functional teams, providing organizations with pre-selected candidates who are a right fit for the open positions. After performing several interviews, the student group modeled the AI-based hiring process using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in ADONIS.
