About Luke Schoenfelder
A Forbes 30 Under 30 inductee of 2018, Schoenfelder co-founded Latch with two other partners. He has obtained a Bachelor’s in Government from Georgetown University and a Master of Science degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management. Having resigned as Latch’s CEO in 2023, Schoenfelder has expressed excitement to return to old obsessions and new passions.
Founded in 2013, Latch specializes in technology-driven keyless entry security systems, changing how people access the spaces they live, work, and visit. A smartphone application flexibly manages access—alongside keycards and codes—from a single platform. The company has combined hardware, software, and service to become a successful and influential innovator of North America's real-estate technology, security, and management.
