David Connor, M.A.
Architecture
David Connor is a designer and principal of David Connor Design. He studied design at the Birmingham School of Art and the Royal College of Art, London. David has taught architecture at the Architectural Association in London, the Bath School of Architecture, and the Manchester School of Architecture. He has designed and constructed projects in the USA, mainland Europe, Taiwan, and the UK. Notable projects include the Shop for Vivienne Westwood (London), Building for a Void (Seville) in collaboration with artist Anish Kapoor, and the Villa Zapu a large new build house in California. He is a co-designer with Kate Darby, of Croft Lodge Studio which is currently being exhibited in the Waste Age Exhibition at the Design Museum London. David’s work is also the subject of a publication: Provocations, the Work of David Connor.
