Anna Kostreva, M.A.
Architecture
Anna Kostreva is a licensed architect, artist, writer, and researcher. She co-directs Plural Studio in Berlin, focusing on sustainable design, critical inquiry, and publishing. She has authored three books which illustrate her visions of urban life: an architectural novel, “Seeing Fire | Seeing Meadows” with Plural Studio in 2023; a work of experimental non-fiction, “Three Pathways to Get Anywhere” in 2015 with Rough Beast; and a collection of analytical drawings and texts, “Berlin: A Morphology of Walls” in 2014 with Archive Books. She has worked as researcher and educator at institutions including the University of Bath, the Royal College of Art (London), TU Braunschweig, the Humboldt University of Berlin, and the University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg). She is a graduate of Cooper Union (New York) and Fulbright Scholar to South Africa.
