Shahrzad Karbasi

Academic Coordinator

Shahrzad Karbasi is the Academic Coordinator for the Faculty of Business Administration, where she serves as the first point of contact for professors and students and works closely with the Dean to support the smooth operation of academic programs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Azad University of Mashhad and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University Chicago. Before joining the university, she worked as an Assistant to a Startup Manager, contributing to business development, internal operations, and team coordination. She also has experience as a Scrum Master and Product Manager in startup environments. Shahrzad is a native Persian speaker, fluent in English, and currently learning German. She is passionate about academic development, agile project management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
