Philipp Schmidt completed an international master's degree. After his apprenticeship as a real estate agent, he studied business and communication sciences at the FHTW Berlin with stays in Spain and the USA. After professional experiences in medium-sized companies, large enterprises and start-ups in Germany and abroad, he has been working as a management consultant since 2008. Since then, his consulting focus has been on organizational and personnel development, digital transformation, agile management, process and change management, and business development. Since 2011, he has also been teaching at universities, including topics such as Digital Business Model Development and Digital Transformation, Change Management, Corporate Leadership, HRM and Crisis Management. He is the author of various professional publications and textbook author on topics of human resource management, marketing and business transformation and leadership.
