Titled “Exploring the Role of Techno-Overload, Techno-Complexity and Involvement Facilitation on End-User Experience in Utilizing Digital HR Tools,” the paper investigates how digital HR systems are experienced by employees, focusing on key factors such as perceived complexity, information overload, and the role of user involvement.
The research was presented earlier this year at the Herman Hollerith Conference 2024 and is now available via SpringerLink:
Congratulations to Prof. Koç and Soufinaz Baharestani on this valuable contribution to the field of digital HR and user experience research.
We’re proud to see this work published and hope it contributes to further discussion on how to design digital systems that truly support their users.
