Dr. Isabel Saller
Business Administration
Isabel Saller earned her B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Passau with a specialization in management & marketing as well as business languages & culture studies. She earned her MA at the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, in the field of Intercultural Communication. During her studies she gained academic experience at the Boston University, MA/USA and at the Université de Lausanne / Switzerland and was a scholarship holder of the Hanns-Seidel Foundation. Isabel completed her Ph.D. in cooperation with the BMW Group, Munich, in the departments of internal and external business communication. Ever since she has been working in several areas, e.g. in the program planning of the manufacturing plants or as specialist in the communication of the international production network. Her main interests lie in all aspects of communication, international and intercultural business, gender/diversity as well as organizational development and culture change. At Berlin International, Isabel teaches Intercultural Business Communication.
