Dr. Anahita Amini Hajibashi earned a PhD in Public Administration - Human Resource Management from the University of Tehran. In her PhD thesis, she investigated Human Resource Leadership Agility. She is a lecturer and researcher and she has been teaching and researching for several years. She has industry experience. She is a HR advisor and has worked as a consultant specializing on the topics of Personnel selection, Employee motivation, Training and development. Her research interests include Leadership Agility, Talent Management, International Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management.
She has taught courses on human resource management, strategic management, business skills, research methods and organisational behaviour. She has supervised a number of master's theses. She is an author and has published several books and articles related to Human Resource Management, Leadership, Business Skills, Strategic Management and Management Information Systems.
