At Berlin International University of Applied Sciences, we are aware of the difficulties that studying abroad can bring: leaving home, making new friends, financial burdens, and pressure from increased workloads. These are stressors that can lead us into difficult moments.

As an educational institution, it is our responsibility to help our students cope with adversity and performance anxiety and to provide them with resources to cope with stress.

For this reason, we offer students access to a Mental Health First Aid Officer, who is happy to provide them with some tools, contacts, and techniques, refer them to the appropriate professionals when necessary, and help them find the best possible solutions.

Contact
For any urgent issues or If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our Mental Health Officer via email or phone. Please note that any consultation or conversation with the Mental Health Officer will be treated confidentially.
