After graduating in business administration from the renowned University of Mannheim in Germany, Jessica Di Bella worked for a marketing consultancy involved in business development projects for global players in the technology sector. Some years later, she embraced the field of entrepreneurship by being engaged as a startup consultant by the city council of Munich, Bavarian Chamber of Commerce and the University of Mannheim. Jessica set up several educational programs at the University of Mannheim and the Munich University of Applied Sciences. After finishing her PhD, she was granted a visiting scholarship at Stanford University. In the past years, as Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Startup Management at the German Graduate School of Management and Law in Heilbronn and as a freelance lecturer at national and international universities, Jessica supported hundreds of students and managers in developing innovation skills and knowledge. Apart from her academic career, Jessica serves as a self-employed consultant, coach and management trainer since 2008.
