Graphic Design and Visual Communication
Marie Wolf, born 1991 in Erfurt, has been living and working in Berlin since 2010. In 2014 she finished her studies in Communication Design with a Bachelor degree at HTW Berlin with an illustrative work on the topic of visually intended manipulation. This work was published by Büchergilde Gutenberg. Other book publications followed, including an illustrated version of the text Kinderseele by Hermann Hesse, as well as various calendars. Since 2017 she has been working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer for publishing houses, magazines, NGOs, and design agencies. Her work has been featured in several art and design publications such as Novum, Page, NDR Kultur, rbb Kulturradio, and Deutschlandfunk Kultur Radio. She has been teaching in the department of Communication Design at HTW Berlin since 2018.
