BI Talk with Kate Darby & David Connor
The second BI Talk of the fall semester 2024 will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at 18:00. We are excited to host Kate Darby and David Connor from Kate Darby Architects and David Connor Design, who will present “Teaching, Drawing, and Building”.
This talk will explore how architectural theory is taught, and how thoughts are transferred into drawings and later into buildings. They will illustrate these ideas through examples of work from their individual practices and their joint project, Croft Lodge Studio.
Following the presentation, you will have the chance to ask questions and participate in a lively discussion. We encourage students from all fields to join this enriching experience. Arrive early to enjoy snacks and networking before the lecture!
Location: Studio 1
Time: 18:00 (Snacks at 17:30)
Photographs and videos will be taken during the event. By attending, you agree to be photographed and filmed, and these media being published.
