BI Talk with Almut Grüntuch-Ernst
On Wednesday, the 20th of January at 18:00 CET the third of our BI Talks this semester will take place virtually. Our guest, Almut Grüntuch-Ernst, will be talking about “Work in Progress”. Almut Grüntuch-Ernst has founded together with Armand Grüntuch their architecture firm in 1991 in Berlin. She studied at the University of Stuttgart and the AA London, worked for Alsop & Lyall in London and was a teacher at HdK Berlin. In 2006 she had been appointed commissioner for the German contribution to the 10. International Architecture Biennale in Venice. Since 2011 she is chair of the Institute of Design and Architectural Strategies at TU Braunschweig. From 2010 to 2015 she was on the consultant committee for city planning in Munich and since 2016 she has been a member of the Academy of Arts Berlin.
