Graphic Design and Visual Communication Lecturer
Daniel Poller graduated in Fine Art Photography in Leipzig at the Academy of Visual Arts. His work predominantly deals with the phenomenon of erasure, recurrence and transformation of images. Poller comprehends photographic images as a quotation structure that he permanently reflects on in his work. His work has been exhibited internationally and he has received several grants and scholarships for his artist practice. Furthermore, since 2013 Poller has been working in cooperation with his colleague Falk Messerschmidt in the field of image processing, lithography, exhibition-, repro- and architecture-photography for a huge variety of
